Using Terrascio

Terrascio is a free geography game. You can play most of it without an account. Use it for your own enjoyment and learning, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or harms the service or other players.

Accounts

If you create an account, give accurate details, keep your login to yourself, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Let us know if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (for example, cheating, spamming, or attacking the site).

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• break, overload, probe, or try to bypass the security of the site or its API;
• scrape or bulk-download the content, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
• cheat, automate, or manipulate scores, streaks, or standings;
• upload or submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that isn't yours to share.

Feedback you send

If you send us feedback, ideas, or bug reports, thank you — we may use them to improve Terrascio without any obligation to you, and you confirm you're free to share what you sent.

Content and ownership

The Terrascio name, the game itself, its design, and its code belong to Hummerfort Publishing Ltd. Much of the underlying geographic data (outlines, place locations, facts, and imagery) comes from open sources such as Natural Earth, Wikidata, and Wikimedia Commons and remains under their respective licences. You're welcome to play and share links, but please don't copy the site or its data wholesale.

No warranty

Terrascio is provided “as is”, as a free game. Geographic data can contain errors or simplifications, and it's not intended for navigation, official, or any serious real-world use. We don't guarantee it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) Terrascio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms over time. When we change the terms, we'll update the “last updated” date above; continuing to use Terrascio means you accept the current version.

Governing law

Terrascio is operated by Hummerfort Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 14625756). These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
